Q: How about your quality control measures?
A: We only cooperate with high-quality raw material suppliers that are strong and reputable, and our quality inspection department conducts 100% strict testing on all raw materials before they enter our factory.
All our workers are certified and receive regular assessments. This ensures we can guarantee production quality.
During the production process, we implement three inspection stages: self-inspection, mutual inspection, and workshop inspection. Only qualified products can move to the next step.
Before delivery, the inspection team will check all items against the delivery list to ensure we send you every required item and that you can install them locally.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Usually, it takes 30 days. You don't need to worry about the delivery time at all-we have a comprehensive management plan for each project to ensure on-time delivery.
Q: Do you provide installation services?
A: Yes, but we will provide very detailed installation drawings and videos. Generally, you can complete the installation locally as all products are prefabricated and bolted. If needed, we can also send an engineer to guide the installation.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We offer two payment terms:
30% advance payment via T/T before production starts, and 70% balance via T/T before shipment.
100% irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C).
Q: How can I get a quick quotation?
A: Please send us your preliminary project drawing, and we will provide a quotation accordingly within 2 days. Alternatively, we can confirm a few details with you first, then prepare a detailed quotation list for you promptly.
Q: Is your price competitive compared with other companies?
A: As a direct factory, our prices are competitive, and we also guarantee both price and quality.
Q: Can you send engineers or an entire team to install my project?
A: Yes, we can send an engineer to guide the installation. However, for an entire installation team, it is more economical for you to arrange local personnel.
Q: Do you accept container loading inspections?
A: Yes, we welcome container loading inspections at any time. We can also assist you with arranging SGS inspections.
Q: Can I visit your company?
A: Yes, you are welcome to visit us at any time. We are a direct manufacturing factory located at No. 777, Zhangjialou Industrial Park, Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong Province-very close to Qingdao Port.
Q: How should the products be installed?
A: Our products are prefabricated in our factory. You only need to install them with bolts locally, and we will provide you with very detailed installation drawings. If required, we can also send an engineer to guide the installation.
Q: How do you maintain a long-term and good business relationship with us?

A: Yes, we will provide very detailed installation drawings that record exactly how to install each component. We also provide installation videos.
Q: Do you have local agents?
A: Yes, we have local agents in some markets. Please let us know which city you are in, and we will check our records and recommend the relevant agent to you. If we do not have an agent in your location, you can contact us directly-we will provide design services and quotations promptly for your reference.
Q: When you deliver the goods to our port, do we need to pick them up ourselves?
A: Yes. You will need to find a local agent to handle customs clearance on your behalf, and they will arrange for the goods to be transported to you.
Q: How can I receive such large cargo, and do we need to rent container trucks and forklifts locally?
A: The goods will be shipped by sea. Yes, you will need to rent container trucks and forklifts locally to transport the goods. Please contact your freight forwarder-they will arrange everything properly.
Q: Could you send us the foundation bolts in advance?
A: Yes, we can. We can send them to you in advance via Less than Container Load (LCL). If you have also purchased goods from other suppliers, we can deliver the foundation bolts to that supplier's location and load them into the same container. We will also send you the foundation drawing along with the bolts.
Q: Could you provide a Certificate of Origin (CO)?
A: Yes, we can provide a Certificate of Origin (CO) and Form E.
Q: What is your warranty period?
A: To be honest, we do not set a specific warranty period because our steel structure products have a service life of at least 50 years. If any damage occurs due to our reasons, we will assist you in resolving the issue or provide compensation.

A: Yes, we have a professional design team, and all team members have more than 10 years of experience.
