Types of Steel Structural Connections
Welded connections

Bolt connections

Manufacturing Process
Design Preparation: The initial step in the steel structural fabrication process is design preparation. This phase involves creating project drawings and specifications, leading to the development of a detailed Bill of Material (BOM) and Bill of Operations (BOO).
Material Selection: Steel structure comes in several grades and thicknesses, depending on the project specifications, and engineers select a steel type that ensures optimal performance and strength.
Cutting and Drilling: Raw steel sections are cut using high-precision techniques, such as sawing, oxy-fuel cutting, or plasma cutting.
Bending: Bending technology molds the component into its intended shape. Rolling mills, press brakes, and other advanced machinery are used to accomplish this step.
Welding: The steel components are welded together using manual metal arc (MMA) welding or metal active gas (MAG) welding, adhering to strict quality management conditions.
Quality Control: Strict quality control measures are implemented throughout the fabrication process, ensuring adherence to client specifications, weld integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
Finishing: Upon successful quality checks, the steel undergoes sandblasting and painting to protect against corrosion.
Delivery, Assembly, and Installation: In the final step, the steel is delivered to the site and assembled as per the required design. The assembly process usually involves bolting, riveting, or welding the steel parts together. The fabricated steel parts must be handled carefully to avoid any damage.

After all corrections are made and you’re satisfied with the details, your order form becomes a binding contract. This step solidifies your order and initiates the fabrication process.
Order is Sent Off for Fabrication
Your order is then sent to our manufacturing facility, where your steel structure will be fabricated according to the specifications outlined in your contract.
Delivery
The shipment includes your steel framing, exterior cladding, and any optional accessories you included with your order. You pay the balance of your order with a cashier’s check upon delivery.
Other Services
1.Delivery time: Typically, we complete deliveries within 30 days. Our project management ensures punctual completion and shipment, so you can rest easy regarding timelines.
2.Payment Methods: We provide various payment methods such as wire transfers, credit card, T/T, L/C, Visa, etc.
Payment Terms
We have two payment terms. 30% advance payment before producing by T/T, and 70% balance by T/T before shipping. 100% irrevoable L/C.
Shipping method
We ship them by sea freight. You need to rent container trucks and forklifts locally to arrange truck transportation for these goods, please contact your freight forwarder and they will arrange everything.
Packaging
We use wooden boxes for packaging and then fill them with bubble wrap for extra protection to prevent collisions and damage to the products during transportation.
