The steel structure chicken farm can be fully customized according to the individual needs of customers. We provide free design services. At the same time, we can also carry out precise construction based on the drawings provided by customers, fully meeting your breeding requirements throughout the process.

In terms of material selection, we use galvanized H - shaped steel as columns and beams. It has excellent corrosion resistance, which can effectively withstand the harsh environment of high humidity and high ammonia in the chicken coop, prevent component corrosion, and significantly extend the service life of the chicken coop structure. To ensure the heat - insulation and thermal - insulation performance of the chicken coop, sandwich panels are used for the enclosure system. Optional core materials include EPS (expanded polystyrene), glass wool, and rock wool, which can be flexibly selected according to local climate conditions to create a suitable growth environment for the chickens.

There are mainly two types of chicken coops for you to choose from according to your needs:

Caged chicken coops: Suitable for large - scale and intensive breeding models, with a high space utilization rate.

Free - range chicken coops: Suitable for ecological breeding needs. According to our project experience, each square meter of the free - range chicken coop can raise 15 broilers or 20 laying hens.

Size suggestions (customizable according to needs):For broiler coops, the recommended width is 12 - 16 meters, the height is 2.0 - 2.5 meters, and the length can be flexibly adjusted according to the breeding scale and site conditions. We can also recommend the most suitable size plan for you based on past successful project cases, taking into account both practicality and economy.
